No. We operate as a procurement partner and reseller. Clients buy from Onyx Sourcing Group, not directly from our suppliers. We manage the transaction, communication, and fulfillment process.

Do you keep products in stock?

No. We source based on your specific request, quantity, branding needs, and timeline.

Will I deal directly with the manufacturer?

No. You work with Onyx Sourcing Group. We handle manufacturer communication, pricing, order coordination, and issue resolution behind the scenes.

How does pricing work?

You receive one bundled quote from Onyx Sourcing Group. We do not provide supplier cost breakdowns or disclose manufacturer pricing.

Do you require payment up front?

Yes. Payment is collected before we place the order with the supplier.

Can you help with logos and artwork?

Yes. You can send your logo or artwork files with your request. If the supplier requires a specific file type or proof approval, we will coordinate those steps with you.

How long does an order take?

Timing depends on the product, quantity, customization, supplier capacity, and shipping method. Include your deadline or in-hands date in your request.

Can you save us money?

Often, yes, especially when the order has enough volume to justify sourcing directly from manufacturers. If we do not believe we can provide a strong option, we keep the conversation straightforward.
